How long from site walk to first clean run?
Depends on the robot and the site, but the visit is free and comes with a straight answer — including "not yet" if your floors aren't a fit.
Do I need Wi-Fi or IT involvement to install one?
Most sites just need power and a place to dock. If reporting or fleet dashboards matter to you, we loop in your IT during install, not after.
What happens if the robot gets stuck during a shift?
It stops and waits — it doesn't push through people or obstacles. Remote triage catches most of these in minutes; the rest get a same-day or 24-hour visit.
Can I switch robots later if my floors change?
Yes — lease and monthly customers can swap models as space or flooring changes; talk to us before you sign anything long.
